My Events

I host ongoing somatic breathwork events at The StarHouse, Ember & Ice, and The NowHaus in Boulder, Colorado. These experiences are spacious, trauma-informed, and rooted in nervous system safety, offering space to breathe, feel, and reconnect in community.
